Guarantee

As we have great confidence in the quality of our workmanship, materials and designs, and because the satisfaction of our customers is our priority, we offer you a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects or quality of implementation, the guarantee does not include damages resulting from negligence, violence or misuse in general.

Ordering policy

After Confirming the order, You have 6 hours to modify or cancel the order, Otherwise receiving period may vary and deposits will be non-refundable.

Receiving policy

As an assurance, We let you check the items you are paying for once the it’s delivered to you and before you pay the delivery man, In order to make sure that all items are as described and ordered.

Refunding policy

In case of requesting a refund within 3 days of receiving the product, You will be charged for 25% of the item price + twice the shipping fee ( which is free only if you buy a product ), After 3 days it will be non-refundable.

Exchanging policy

You will be having a 3 days to request an exchange for your bought product, Knowing that you will be charged for 15% of the bought item ( plus one time shipping fees ), After 3 days the item will be non-exchangeable
